Description

Radius Arm Bush – front radius arm mounting bush at the chassis end of the arm. It locates and insulates the radius arm where it attaches to the chassis, absorbing suspension movement and road vibration.

The bush controls the compliance of the radius arm, which governs the fore-and-aft location of the front axle under braking and articulation. It is a common wear item; perished or worn bushes cause imprecise axle location, vibration and uneven tyre wear.
