Description

Alternator for the 3.0L TD6 (M57 D30) six-cylinder turbo diesel charging system, rated at 150 amp output.

Belt-driven from the crankshaft pulley, it supplies the vehicle electrical system and maintains battery charge while the engine is running. The unit incorporates an integral voltage regulator and rectifier pack, converting the mechanical drive into regulated DC output.

Supplied as a new part; a remanufactured exchange version may also be available for this application.
