Description

Sealing Washer seals the engine oil sump drain plug, fitting between the drain plug head and the sump drain boss.

When the drain plug is tightened, the washer deforms to form an oil-tight seal at the sump, preventing oil weeping from the drain point. It is a replace-on-service item, renewed at each oil change as the washer takes a set against the mating faces.
