Description

Spacer is the 14.9mm white colour-coded spacer used in the front hub bearing assembly.

It is fitted between the hub bearings to set bearing endfloat, locating the inner and outer bearings at the correct spacing on the stub axle so the assembly runs to the specified preload. The spacer is produced in graded thicknesses identified by colour code; this is the 14.9mm white-coded grade. Selecting the correct grade is essential to achieving proper hub bearing adjustment.
