Silicone Intercooler Hose Kit – a four-hose set that replaces the intercooler and turbocharger charge-air hoses on the 200TDi 2.5L turbo diesel.

The hoses carry pressurised charge air between the turbocharger, the intercooler and the inlet manifold. Each is moulded from silicone reinforced with a high-strength polyester braid, with a wall thicker than the standard rubber hose and a continuous service range of -40C to +180C, so it withstands the boost pressure and under-bonnet heat that cause original hoses to perish and split.
