Big Bore Expedition Shock Absorber – front position, standard ride height.
The damper installs between the front axle mounting and the chassis bracket and controls oscillation of the front coil spring through compression and rebound. Its enlarged body bore carries a greater oil volume with more surface area for heat dissipation, which limits damping fade over sustained travel on rough terrain and helps maintain stability and axle control on laden or top-heavy vehicles at both low and high speed.
This is the standard-height unit and is not intended for suspension raised by 2 inches. The rear-position equivalent is TF130, and replacement mounting bushes for the front upper and lower positions are contained in bush kit TFSBK01.
