Description

Injector Pipe – No.4 is a rigid high-pressure fuel line in the injection circuit of the 2.5L 300 TDi turbo diesel engine.

It carries metered fuel from the injection pump delivery outlet to the No.4 cylinder injector. Each cylinder is served by its own individually shaped pipe, and the bore and bend of this one set the correct delivery volume and injection timing for its cylinder.

Formed in seamless steel with machined coned unions at each end, it withstands the pump’s peak line pressure and seals directly against the pump and injector without an additional gasket.
