Description

Decoke Gasket Set for the 3.9/4.0/4.2L Rover V8 EFI petrol engine. This is the set of gaskets and seals used to reseal the top end of the engine – the cylinder heads and upper assembly – after the heads have been removed for decarbonising or overhaul.

It reseals the combustion chambers, coolant and oil passages and the valve cover faces, restoring correct sealing across the mating surfaces on reassembly. Cylinder head bolts are not included and should be obtained separately.

Inspect all mating faces on assembly and replace any component found warped or damaged.
