Starter Motor Brush Set replacement carbon brushes for the starter motor, a serviceable part of the engine cranking circuit.

The brushes bear on the commutator to carry current into the rotating armature windings and wear down with use. They are renewed during starter motor overhaul to restore firm contact and reliable cranking. Suits 2.5L four-cylinder diesel starter motors (naturally aspirated, 200 TDi and 300 TDi).
