Description

Starter Motor for the engine starting circuit.

When energised, the starter drives its pinion into mesh with the flywheel ring gear and cranks the engine to begin the combustion cycle, then disengages once the engine fires. It draws heavy current from the battery through the starter solenoid.

For the 2.25L petrol engine on a 12-volt system.
