Description

Piston for the 2.25L petrol engine, running in the cylinder bore as part of the piston and connecting-rod assembly.

Supplied at +0.020″ oversize, for a cylinder that has been rebored to suit. It suits the three-bearing engines, the Suffix-A five-bearing engines and the 8:1 compression-ratio five-bearing engines. It is not suitable for the 7:1 low-compression five-bearing engine, which takes a different piston.
