Radiator Cap seals the radiator filler neck and maintains the engine cooling circuit at its rated pressure.

Rated at 9 lb (0.62 bar), the spring-loaded valve raises the coolant boiling point and vents excess pressure to the overflow, then draws coolant back into the radiator as the system cools.
