Description

Bleed Screw – Metric is the bleed nipple for a disc brake caliper.

Threaded into the caliper body, it is opened during brake bleeding to release trapped air and old fluid from the hydraulic circuit, then tightened to seal the system again. This is the metric-thread version. A dust cap normally fits over the exposed end to keep the bore clean between uses.
