Description

Temperature Transmitter is the coolant temperature sender within the engine cooling and instrument gauge circuit, for V8 petrol applications and calibrated for hot-climate operation.

Threaded into the engine coolant passage, it varies its resistance with coolant temperature and sends the signal to the instrument temperature gauge. The hot-climate calibration sets the gauge response for high ambient operating conditions.
