Description

Idler Tensioner Pulley for the auxiliary (serpentine) drive belt system. Mounted on the automatic belt tensioner arm, the pulley bears against the belt to hold correct running tension across the crankshaft, alternator and ancillary pulleys.

Used on the 2.4L and 2.2L TDCi turbo diesel engines. The pulley turns on a sealed bearing; a worn or seized bearing typically produces belt noise, vibration or accelerated belt wear.
