Fir Tree Clip push-in fastener used to secure interior door casings and trim panels to the body shell.

The barbed fir-tree profile is pushed into a pre-drilled panel hole, where the flexible ribs grip against the back of the panel to retain the trim without screws. These clips are routinely renewed whenever a door casing or trim panel is removed for service, as the ribs are easily distorted on extraction.
