Description

Cam Cover Bolt for the Td5 2.5L 5-cylinder turbo diesel engine, securing the camshaft cover to the cylinder head.

This is the flanged-head bolt that clamps the cam cover down onto its gasket along the top of the head. The integral flange spreads the clamping load across the cover, helping maintain an even seal at the cover-to-head joint. Renewal is advisable whenever the cam cover is removed.
