Description

Crankshaft Oil Seal – Rear for the rear crankshaft oil sealing assembly of the 300 TDi engine.

Seated in the rear crankshaft seal housing at the flywheel end of the engine, this radial lip seal closes the gap between the rotating crankshaft and the housing bore, preventing engine oil from migrating rearward into the bellhousing and clutch assembly. The seal bears directly on the crankshaft rear journal and is retained in the rear seal housing.

Specified for the 2.5L 300 TDi four-cylinder turbocharged direct injection diesel engine.
