Description

MAP Sensor (Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor) for the engine management system, mounted on the throttle housing.

It measures the absolute pressure in the intake manifold and reports it to the engine control module, which uses the reading to regulate fuelling and turbocharger boost. Designed for the 3.0L V6 TDV6 diesel engine.
