Description

Thermostat for the 4.4L AJ V8 and 4.2L Supercharged V8 petrol engines, fitted within the engine cooling circuit.

The thermostat regulates coolant flow through the radiator by remaining closed until the engine reaches operating temperature, then opening to allow circulation. This gives a rapid warm-up from cold and maintains a stable running temperature under load.
