Description

Rear Dislocation Cone is a suspension component for the rear coil springs, fitted at the spring seat to guide a spring that unseats at full droop back into position.

Under extreme articulation the rear coil can drop off its seat; the cone lets the spring re-locate correctly as the axle returns. It is used where the suspension has extended droop travel, such as with long-travel shock absorbers or lowered rear top shock mounts, and is fitted together with spring retainers.
