Description

Rear Door Gas Strut – a gas-assisted check stay that replaces the original mechanical door stopper on the rear (side-hung) door of Td5 and Puma (TDCi) applications.

The strut holds the door securely open, including with a spare wheel mounted, and damps its travel – assisting opening and preventing the door from swinging shut on an incline. It mounts at the base of the rear door.

Supplied as a kit complete with the mounting fixings and fitting instructions.
