5th Speed Countershaft Gear for the R380 5-speed manual gearbox in V8 petrol applications.

This is the countershaft (layshaft) member of the fifth-gear pair. It meshes with the 5th speed mainshaft gear to provide the overdrive top ratio. Replacement is typically required where worn or chipped teeth cause whine, jumping out of fifth, or difficulty engaging top gear.
