Description

Half Shaft Shim is a 1.05mm selective shim used in the front axle drive shaft and hub assembly.

It sets the endfloat of the front half shaft drive member within the hub, controlling axial clearance as the hub is assembled. Shims are supplied in graded thicknesses so the correct spacing can be selected to bring the drive member within specification.
