LT230 Drain Plug Joint Washer, used across the LT230 transfer box and a range of engine and drivetrain applications.

This flat sealing washer seals the drain and level plugs on the LT230 transfer box main casing. It is also used as a sump drain plug washer on 2.25L petrol, 2.5L naturally-aspirated diesel, and 2.5L turbo diesel engines, as a sealing washer at the turbocharger oil feed adaptor on 200 TDi and 300 TDi engines, and at the 300 TDi cylinder head. The washer is additionally supplied as part of various engine and gearbox gasket kits. It should be renewed each time the associated plug or fitting is removed to maintain a reliable oil-tight seal.
