Drive Belt Tensioner Pulley for the V8 EFI petrol engine fitted with air conditioning, part of the ancillary belt drive.

It tensions the drive belt that runs the air conditioning compressor, the idler pulley bearing against the belt to maintain correct tension and keep it tracking correctly on the compressor and crankshaft pulleys.
