Description

Breather Hose for the crankcase ventilation system on the 2.5L diesel and 200TDi turbo diesel engine.

This flexible hose carries crankcase blow-by gases and oil vapour away from the engine breather to the intake, relieving crankcase pressure. A perished or split hose lets oil vapour escape and disturbs crankcase ventilation, so it should be renewed when hardened or cracked.
