Description

Engine Plug – a cylinder head core plug (welch plug) for the Td5 2.5L 5-cylinder turbo diesel engine.

Core plugs seal the casting holes left in the cylinder head during manufacture and close off the coolant jacket. This plug presses into one of those openings to seal the head against coolant loss.
