Injector Sealing Washer seals the base of the fuel injector into the cylinder head on the Td5 2.5L 5-cylinder turbo diesel engine.

The washer sits between the injector body and the injector bore, forming the combustion-gas seal and conducting heat away from the injector tip into the cylinder head. It is a single-use item – renew it whenever an injector is removed, fitting one washer per injector for a correct gas-tight seal and proper injector seating.
