Description

Sealing Washer for the 2.5L Td5 engine, used to seal threaded and banjo unions in the fuel and cooling systems.

Seated against a fitting’s mating face, the washer deforms under tightening torque to form a leak-tight seal. On the Td5 it is used at points such as injector pipe unions and coolant/water housing connections. As a crush-type seal it is intended for single use and should be renewed whenever the joint is disturbed.
