Description

Injector Leak-Off Pipe for the 2.25L and 2.5L naturally-aspirated diesel fuel injection circuit. This spill-return pipe connects the return unions on top of the injectors and collects the small volume of fuel that bleeds past each injector needle during operation.

It carries that excess fuel away from the injectors back to the return line. The pipe is a common perishable: once the connections harden or split they draw air into the injector returns, leading to hard starting and rough running, so it is renewed when servicing the injectors.
