Description

Breather Filter is the crankcase ventilation filter mounted at the rocker cover on the V8 EFI petrol engine.

It filters oil vapour and mist from the crankcase breather gases before they are drawn back into the induction system, keeping the intake clean and maintaining correct crankcase ventilation. The filter element becomes contaminated with oil and sludge in service and is replaced periodically to prevent restricted breathing and oil carry-over.
