Waterproofing Kit – V8 seals the ignition system of the V8 petrol engine against water and damp.

The kit waterproofs the distributor and ignition coil, sealing the points where moisture can reach the high-tension connections and short the spark. It is intended to keep the ignition firing during water crossings and in wet conditions, where water reaching the distributor cap or coil would otherwise cause misfiring.
