Description

Crossmember – rear chassis crossmember for the body and chassis structure, supplied in the no-extensions configuration. It is the rearmost structural cross-member of the ladder chassis, tying the two chassis rails together at the back of the vehicle.

A common corrosion-repair and restoration item, it carries the rear body mountings and rear crossbody loads and helps maintain the rigidity of the chassis. This version is supplied without the rear chassis leg extensions, for chassis that do not require them; the extended version is a separate part.
