Description

Headlamp Wash Pump is the electric motor and pump unit that pressurises the headlamp washer system on the Discovery 1.

The pump draws from the windscreen washer fluid reservoir and delivers fluid to the headlamp wash jets (AMR1890) when the headlamp wash function is activated, keeping the headlamp lenses clear of road contamination. It is mounted in the engine bay adjacent to the washer reservoir.
