Description

Joint Washer – a sealing washer for the piston-cooling oil squirt jet in the engine lubrication circuit.

It seals the oil spray jet where it meets the cylinder block oil gallery, holding oil pressure at the joint so the jet delivers a cooling and lubricating spray to the underside of the piston.
