Description

Cold Start Solenoid for the carburettor cold-start enrichment circuit on the V8 petrol carburettor induction system.

The solenoid operates the cold-start device on the carburettor, providing additional mixture enrichment to aid starting and running while the engine is cold. It is energised through the cold-start control circuit and withdraws the enrichment once the engine warms to operating temperature.
