Description

First Gear Bush for the LT76 gearbox mainshaft. The bush journals the mainshaft first gear, providing the running surface on which the gear turns on the shaft.

It is fitted at the rear of the mainshaft assembly, seating against the first-gear thrust washer (576735) and locating the gear ahead of its synchro cone. Wear in the bush introduces radial play in the first-gear assembly, so it is a routine replacement during a gearbox rebuild.
