Description

Clutch Cover is the pressure plate assembly of the manual transmission clutch, for V8 petrol applications.

It bolts to the engine flywheel and clamps the clutch driven plate against the flywheel face. Its diaphragm spring supplies the clamping load that transmits drive through the plate, and releases that load when the release bearing is pushed against the spring fingers to disengage the clutch.
