Barrel Lock & Key is the lock barrel and matching key for the ignition/starter switch.

This is the diesel-application barrel for the earlier type of ignition switch that does not incorporate a steering column lock. The barrel holds the tumblers that the key turns to operate the switch, and it is supplied complete with a key cut to suit the barrel.
