Description

Drive Coupling is the flexible rubber coupling in the front propshaft assembly.

It connects the front propshaft to its drive flange, transmitting drive torque while absorbing torsional shock and damping driveline vibration through the front driveline. The bonded rubber construction accommodates minor angular and axial misalignment between the joined shafts; perished or cracked rubber produces driveline vibration and a characteristic clonk on take-up and overrun.
