CV Boot – Rear – Open Diff is the rubber protective boot for the outer constant velocity joint on the rear driveshaft, for vehicles with an open rear differential.

The CV boot seals the joint, retaining lubricating grease and excluding road debris, water, and grit. It should be replaced at the first sign of cracking or splitting to prevent damage to the CV joint internals.
