Description

Cam Cover Seal for the 2.5L six-cylinder BMW diesel engine.

The seal closes the joint between the camshaft cover and the cylinder head, retaining oil within the valve gear and preventing leaks from the top of the engine. It seats against the camshaft cover and is renewed whenever the cover is removed for valve-train or gasket service.
