Rear Air Conditioning Resistor Assembly for the rear blower (HVAC) circuit on vehicles equipped with rear air conditioning.

The resistor pack sits in the rear blower motor feed and sets the lower fan speeds by introducing resistance into the motor circuit, dropping the voltage supplied to the rear blower motor. The selected speed is determined by which resistor element the current passes through.
