Injector Pipe – number-one cylinder high-pressure injector pipe for the 2.5L 300 TDi turbo diesel.

This rigid steel pipe carries diesel at injection pressure from the fuel injection pump outlet to the cylinder-one injector. Each cylinder runs its own dedicated pipe, formed to a set length so delivery timing is matched across the engine; a union nut at each end seals the high-pressure joint.

Renew if the pipe is chafed, corroded or weeping at a union, and take care not to distort the run when tightening the unions.
