Brake Caliper – front left-hand caliper in the front disc brake assembly.

Under hydraulic pressure from the brake circuit, its pistons clamp the brake pads against the front disc to generate braking force at the front left wheel. Designed for use with vented front discs.

Replace when the caliper is seized, leaking or has corroded piston bores – conditions that cause brake drag, uneven pad wear or reduced braking performance.
