Rotor Arm for the ignition distributor of the 2.6L 6-cylinder inline petrol engine.

The rotor arm fits on the top of the distributor shaft and turns inside the distributor cap. As it rotates it carries the high-tension spark from the central coil contact to each cap terminal in turn, distributing the spark to the cylinders in firing order. It is a routine ignition service component that wears with use and is renewed as part of distributor maintenance.
