Description

Ignition Switch – Diesel – Switch Only is the electrical switch element of the ignition system for diesel applications.

It supplies the rotary switching for the ignition positions – auxiliary, ignition-on and start – distributing power to the electrical circuits and the starter feed. This is the switch unit only, supplied without the steering column lock barrel, so it replaces a worn or failed electrical switch where the column lock is retained.

The diesel specification matches the switching arrangement used on 2.25L and 2.5L diesel engines.
