Description

EGR Valve for the exhaust gas recirculation circuit of the 2.7L TDV6 diesel engine, serving the right-hand cylinder bank.

The valve meters a controlled quantity of exhaust gas back into the intake charge to lower peak combustion temperatures and reduce NOx emissions. It is electronically actuated and sits at the junction of the EGR cooler and the intake manifold on the right bank.
