Description

Swivel Pin Thrust Washer – Upper is the shim washer that sits above the upper swivel pin bearing in the front axle swivel housing assembly.

It sets the endfloat of the upper swivel pin and locates the bearing, controlling the preload as the housing pivots through the steering angle. This is the washer for the ABS swivel housing variant. It is also serviced as one of the components of the swivel pin repair kit.
